Описывается архив Якутского научного центра СО РАН как крупное хранилище рукописей олонхо и фольклора коренных народов Якутии, приводится перечень архивов, хранящих записи якутского героического эпоса-олонхо в Якутии, Москве и Санкт-Петербурге, затрагиваются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются современные ведомственные архивы. В связи с этим ставится вопрос о социальной функции фольклорного архива на современном этапе развития общества, рассказывается о мерах, которые приняты для решения проблем архивации эпического наследия в Республике Саха (Якутия), предлагаются первостепенные меры, необходимые для решения проблем архивации фольклорных документов в Якутии.
The author describes the archive of the Yakut scientific center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of sciences as a major repository of manuscripts of Olonkho and folklore of the indigenous peoples of Yakutia, leads the list of archives containing the recording of the Yakut heroic epos Olonkho in Yakutia, Moscow and St. Petersburg, addresses the problems faced by modern departmental archives. In connection with this raises the question of the social function of the folklore archive at the modern stage of development of society, reflects on the measures taken to solve the problems of archiving epic heritage in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), offers primary measures, necessary for the decision of problems of folklore archive of documents in Yakutia.
