Статья посвящена эпидемиологии и специфической профилактике гепатита А в Республике Саха (Якутия). Представлены данные о заболеваемости гепатитом А за период с 2000 по 2017 гг. Показано, что вакцинация против гепатита А - наиболее эффективная стратегия, позволяющая контролировать эту инфекцию в современных условиях. Целью данной работы явилась оценка эпидемиологической ситуации по гепатиту А в Республике Саха (Якутия). В работе использованы материалы официальной статистики Территориального управления Роспотребнадзора Республики Саха (Якутия) и данные отделения для лечения больных вирусными гепатитами ГБУ РС (Я) ҺЯкутская городская клиническая больницаһ. В результате проведения за последние десятилетия селективной иммунизации групп риска в республике удалось в целом добиться снижения заболеваемости вирусным гепатитом А. Однако в 2017 г. было зарегистрировано 34 случая вирусного гепатита А, в сравнении с предыдущим годом отмечен рост заболеваемости в 3,8 раза. Показатель заболеваемости составил 3,54 на 100 тыс. населения, что в 1,5 раза ниже среднего показателя России (5,52 на 100 тыс. населения). А также продолжается плановая вакцинация детей в возрасте 20 месяцев против вирусного гепатита А в рамках регионального календаря профилактических прививок. С ростом числа привитых против гепатита А заболеваемость снизилась до единичных случаев
The article is devoted to the epidemiology and specific prevention of hepatitis A in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It presents the data on the incidence of hepatitis A for the period 2000-2017. It is shown that vaccination against hepatitis A is the most effective strategy to control this infection in modern conditions. The aim of this work was to assess the epidemiological situation with hepatitis A in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Materials and methods. The paper uses the materials of official statistics of the Territorial administration of Rospotrebnadzor of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the data of the Department for the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis SBU RS (I) “Yakutsk City Clinical Hospital”. Conclusions and results. As a result of selective immunization of risk groups over the past decades, the republic has managed to reduce the incidence of viral hepatitis A in general. However, in 2017, 34 cases of viral hepatitis A were registered; compared to the previous year, the incidence rate increased by 3.8 times. The incidence rate was 3.54 per 100 thousand population, which is 1.5 times lower than the average of Russia (5.52 per 100 thousand population). Also, routine vaccination against viral hepatitis A in children aged 20 months within the regional calendar of preventive vaccinations continues. With the increase in the number of vaccinated against hepatitis A, the incidence fell to occasional cases
