Currently, with the development of information technology and the transition of schoolchildren to distance learning due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, as well as air pollution in connection with forest fires in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the problem of preserving the health of the population, especially children and adolescents, is becoming acute for early detection of unfavorable tendencies and their recovery through education and upbringing. The article analyzes the current state of physical culture lessons at school, and also provides a comparative analysis of physical development, physical activity, the peculiarities of the daily routine and nutrition of 10—13 year old schoolchildren in rural and urban areas. The choice of this age category is due to the beginning of the transition period and a special susceptibility to external factors; during this period children are actively gaining muscle strength, which reaches its peak at the age of 15. A comparative analysis of the nutrition of schoolchildren with the traditional diet of the Sakha people is carried out, ananalysis of physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic (from 2019 to the present) and annual forest fires (2020—2021) shows a low level of physical activity of children, which is below the level recommended by the WHO (at least 1 hour a day). Thus, the relevance of this study lies in considering the problems of increasing the physical activity of 10—13 year old children and familiarizing them with physical culture and sports to preserve the health of the younger generation in the modern conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The article raises the problem of improving modern physical culture lessons at school, which requires a different approach, mastering new technologies and methods to in crease interest in physical culture and sports. Physical culture at school should follow the modern conditions of society, and the main goal should be to improve the health of young people, to teach them a responsible attitude to their health.

This article discusses the role of adaptive physical culture in younger students with disabilities. The purpose of this work is to study the role of adaptive physical education in younger schoolchildren with disabilities. The research objectives are to identify the relevance of the problem, to study the methodology of adaptive physical education for children with disabilities, to consider the structure of the lesson on adaptive physical education, to provide a number of recommendations for teachers on adapted physical education. The hypothesis of the study is based on the assumption that classes of adaptive physical culture for younger schoolchildren with disabilities will be more successful if you alternate exercises for the development of speed-strength qualities with corrective ones. The research methods are review-analytical and theoretical (literature analysis and modeling). The relevance of the study was revealed; the methodology of adaptive physical culture for children with disabilities was studied; the structure of the lesson on adaptive physical culture was considered; a number of recommendations were given to teachers on adapted physical education.

This article discusses adaptive physical culture as a means of social adaptation of younger students with disabilities. The purpose of this research is to study adaptive physical culture as a means of social adaptation of younger schoolchildren with disabilities. The research objectives are to identify the relevance of the problem and the benefits of adaptive physical culture, to explore the level of social adaptation of younger schoolchildren with disabilities. The research hypothesis is the assumption that social adaptation of younger schoolchildren with disabilities will be more successful if adaptive physical culture is used. The research methods are review-analytical and theoretical (literature analysis and modeling), psychological (psycho-diagnostic and psychological-pedagogical) and mathematical-statistical. As a result of the study, the relevance of the research and the benefits of adaptive physical culture were revealed, the level of social adaptation of younger schoolchildren with disabilities was studied.
