The article considers rational schemes for cutting the tracks of linear objects using felling-skidding-processing machines. A comparative analysis with modern, most common technological processes of cutting tracks of linear objects is carried out. Based on the analysis of literary sources and production experience in the field of logging, the possibility of using these machines is justified not only according to the classical scheme, but also, if necessary, in the roll-packing mode, with the involvement of an additional skidding tractor. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.

The article analyzes an approach to modeling the mechanism of grabbing and dragging the harvester head in the process of pruning branches of coniferous and deciduous trees of complex shapes in various natural and industrial conditions. The type of trees under consideration differs in different geometric shapes of trunks and shapes of branch sizes. The presented modern grabbing, cutting and bucking devices (harvester heads) are not effective enough for processing such trees in various conditions. To solve these problems, head design projects are required that meet the tasks set. To do this, it is necessary to simulate the process based on the original tree models with realistic geometry. The main designs of harvester heads have original derivative models that perform basic functions such as feeding the barrel using a feeding mechanism and cutting branches with grab knives. These models, identified experimentally, make it possible to predict well the interactions between different parts of the block and trees. The simulation results are in good agreement with the observed behavior of the actual operation of the system and represent a design support tool for the development of innovative concepts of harvester blocks. At this stage, there is a need to simulate and analyze two types of feeding mechanisms when pruning branches. The feeding mechanism of the roller harvester head and the pulse type head. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.

The article discusses the experience of testing machine technology for logging forest care, and demonstrates its capabilities. The approbation was carried out on forest plots located in the Perm Region, where the company LLC Ponsse (the official representative of the Finnish company PONSSE in Russia), a group of enterprises PCBC, LLC Reid, and LLC PKF Gidroservice (dealer of PONSSE in the Perm Region) laid trial areas to analyze the possibilities of various brands Ponsse machines, operator training, and refinement of optimal technological techniques. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.

The negative adverse effects of intensive agricultural production on food safety and the environment are presented. It has been substantiated that the use of microbial inoculants in plant growing is a viable alternative to traditional industrial technologies based on the use of agrochemicals such as pesticides, inorganic fertilizers, herbicides, etc. and leading to destructive effects on human health due to the consumption of unsafe food. The classification of microbial inoculants for seed treatment according to functional characteristics has been developed. It has been established that in the seed treatment with biological preparations, the most common method is treatment with microbial inoculants containing nodule bacteria. The list of biopreparations used in practice for plant protection is presented, as well as the main characteristics of methods for applying them to seed. It has been determined that the technological effectiveness of seed treatment with microbial inoculants depends on many factors that ensure the survival of microorganisms during seed processing and storage, the dominant ones being the formulation of the inoculant, as well as its ability to multiply in the spermosphere, infect the root system, and in some cases, the rhizosphere of plants.

The republic is taking measures of state support for farms of various forms of ownership, which contribute to the preservation and increase in the number of Yakut livestock. Thanks to the measures taken over the past five years, the number of Yakut cattle in the State Enterprise of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) “Yakut Cattle” has increased by 2.5 times. 10 colors were identified, the main ones being black and motley - 43.3%, black - 21.4%, white and motley - 16.6% and others 18.7%. The article presents the results of a study of the genetic structure of Yakut cattle by the Gene pool state enterprise of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) “Yakut Cattle” (n=366). To study the population genetic structure of Yakut cattle, microsatellite analysis of 15 STR loci was used. In the three studied populations, the most variable loci are TGLA53 (11 alleles), TGLA227 and TGLA122 (8 alleles), and the least variable are BM1818, BM1824, INRA023 (3 alleles). The greatest genetic diversity was noted among the cattle of the Syuldyukar site. It was found that in the Yakut cattle populations of the “Tastaakh” and “Kylys” areas, the observed heterozygosity is higher than expected, the Fis index has a negative value. In the sample of animals from the “Suldyukar” site, the observed heterozygosity (Ho=0.598±0.045) is less than expected (He=0.607±0.035), and the Fis index has a positive value (Fis=0.022±0.035), which indicates a lack of heterozygotes and is confirmed by phenotypically lower diversity livestock color options.
