Как известно, целью межкультурного образования на современном этапе провозглашается развитие личности, желающей и способной участвовать в межкультурной коммуникации. Данный вопрос заостряет внимание высшего образования на эффективной стратегии воспитания такой личности в поликультурном образовательном пространстве, в современных условиях кризиса идентичности. В процессе проведения данного исследования был осуществлен анализ влияния глобализации на кризис идентичности, который выступает в качестве одного из наиболее серьезных глобализационных вызовов, ставя под сомнение устойчивость традиционных норм и ценностей в обществе. В рамках исследования были глубоко изучены философские предпосылки межкультурного подхода к образованию как общего мировоззренческого подхода. В настоящей научной статье рассматриваются последствия одного из наиболее заметных глобализационных вызовов - унификации, когда локальные традиции могут быть вытеснены глобальными стандартами. Это приводит к потере уникальности культурной идентичности. Необходимо привить молодому поколению новую систему ценностей, возродить концепцию личности, основанной на идеях культуросообразности. Проблема сосуществования множества различных культур в современном мире должна быть обусловлена концепцией межкультурализма. В заключение статьи приходим к выводу, что задачей науки в современных условиях является изучение идентификационных механизмов и выработка на этой основе общего мировоззренческого межкультурного подхода. Таким образом, целью образования на сегодняшнем этапе глобализации следует признать развитие личности, обладающей уникальной культурной идентичностью и воспитанной в духе патриотизма и уважения к собственным традициям.
As it is known, the goal of intercultural education at the present stage is the development of a personality willing and able to participate in intercultural communication. This issue focuses the attention of higher education on an effective strategy for educating such a personality in a multicultural educational space, in the modern conditions of an identity crisis. In the process of conducting this study, an analysis was made of the influence of globalization on the identity crisis, which acts as one of the most serious globalization challenges, calling into question the sustainability of traditional norms and values in society. Within the framework of the study, the philosophical premises of the intercultural approach to education as a general ideological approach were deeply studied. This scientific article examines the consequences of one of the most noticeable globalization challenges - unification - when local traditions can be supplanted by global standards. This leads to the loss of the uniqueness of cultural identity. It is necessary to instill in the younger generation a new system of values, to revive the concept of personality based on the ideas of cultural conformity. The problem of the coexistence of many different cultures in the modern world should be conditioned by the concept of interculturalism. In conclusion of the article we come to the conclusion that the task of science in modern conditions is to study identification mechanisms and develop on this basis a common ideological intercultural approach. Thus, the goal of education at the current stage of globalization should be recognized as the development of a personality with a unique cultural identity and brought up in the spirit of patriotism and respect for their own traditions.

Специфика ситуации в Республике Саха (Якутия) порождает необходимость обновления межкультурной политики, которая может служить ответом на вызовы этнического разнообразия. Вопрос обсуждается в рамках культурной устойчивости развития Арктики. Рассматривается потенциал межкультурной коммуникации для повышения устойчивости в условиях изменений в Арктическом регионе. Решение данной проблемы укажет на ключевую роль, которую неформальная межкультурная коммуникация должна играть в условиях гражданского общества в воспитании и интеграции граждан, проживающих в интернациональной среде. Тема статьи соответствует приоритетному направлению исследований этносоциального и этнокультурного развития северных (арктических) территорий, а также в области сохранения и развития арктических культур в условиях глобализационных процессов. Реализация ключевых идей статьи важна для решения многих задач социально-культурного развития Республики Саха (Якутия), а именно образовательных, межэтнических, интеграционных и т. п., поскольку результатом исследования будет выявление путей и предпосылок для эффективной реализации неформальной межкультурной коммуникации, направленной на интеграцию мигрантов в общество и на углубление и расширение их межкультурного общения с коренными гражданами РС (Я).
The specifics of the situation in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) give rise to the need to update the intercultural policy, which can serve as a response to the challenges of ethnic diversity. The issue is discussed in the framework of cultural sustainability of the Arctic development. The potential of intercultural communication for increasing sustainability in the context of changes in the Arctic region is considered. The solution to this problem will indicate the key role that informal intercultural communication should play in the context of civil society in the education and integration of citizens living in an international environment. The topic of the article corresponds to the priority area of research in the ethno-social and ethno-cultural development of the northern (Arctic) territories, as well as in the field of preservation and development of cultures of the North-East of the Russian Federation in the context of globalization processes. The implementation of the main concepts of this article is of great importance for solving various socio-cultural problems of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), including those related to education, interethnic relations and integration. The results of the study will help to identify ways and prerequisites for the effective use of informal intercultural communication. This kind of communication will be aimed at the integration of migrants into society, as well as promote more profound and extended intercultural interaction with the indigenous residents of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

В условиях глобализации и усиления миграционных процессов проблема социальной интеграции в мультикультурных обществах становится ключевой для обеспечения стабильности и социальной сплоченности. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью разработки новых интеграционных стратегий, способных ответить на вызовы XXI века, включая миграцию и рост культурного многообразия. В статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты социальной интеграции, анализируются основные модели интеграционной политики и выявляются факторы, способствующие или препятствующие успешной интеграции. Анализируются как классические концепции, так и современные теории и подходы к исследованию социальной интеграции. Рассматриваются примеры интеграционной политики в различных странах, а также новые вызовы, связанные с глобальными миграционными кризисами. Статья предлагает критический анализ существующих моделей интеграции и обосновывает необходимость гибких, адаптивных стратегий, учитывающих как универсальные принципы равенства, так и культурное многообразие. Особое внимание уделяется антропологическому исследовательскому подходу в условиях нарастающей культурной сложности современного мира. Современный этап осмысления проблем социальной интеграции очерчен антропологическим поворотом, который актуализирует телесные, эмоциональные и повседневные измерения межкультурного взаимодействия. В заключении статьи подчеркивается, что социальная интеграция в мультикультурном обществе представляет собой сложный, многомерный процесс, требующий комплексного подхода. В дальнейшем необходима разработка гибких, адаптивных стратегий интеграции, способных учитывать как глобальные вызовы, так и локальную специфику. Статья вносит вклад в развитие социально-философской дискуссии о путях формирования общества, основанного на принципах справедливости, солидарности и взаимного признания.
In the context of globalization and intensification of migration processes, the problem of social integration in multicultural societies becomes key to ensuring stability and social cohesion. The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop new integration strategies that can respond to the challenges of the 21st century, including migration and the growth of cultural diversity. The article considers the theoretical aspects of social integration, analyzes the main models of integration policy and identifies the factors that contribute to or hinder successful integration. Both classical concepts and modern theories and approaches to the study of social integration are analyzed. Examples of integration policies in various countries are considered, as well as new challenges associated with global migration crises. The article offers a critical analysis of existing integration models and substantiates the need for flexible, adaptive strategies that take into account both the universal principles of equality and cultural diversity. Particular attention is paid to the anthropological approach in research in the context of the increasing cultural complexity of the modern world. The current stage of understanding the problems of social integration is outlined by the anthropological turn, which actualizes the bodily, emotional and everyday dimensions of intercultural interaction. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that social integration in a multicultural society is a complex, multidimensional process that requires an integrated approach. In the future, it is necessary to develop flexible, adaptive integration strategies that can take into account both global challenges and local specifics. The article contributes to the development of a socio-philosophical discussion on the ways of forming a society based on the principles of justice, solidarity and mutual recognition.

Межкультурная коммуникация является сложным процессом, включающим в себя взаимодействие людей различного культурного происхождения, которые имеют разные убеждения, ценности и поведенческие нормы. Такая коммуникация часто сталкивается, несмотря на преимущества, связанные с обменом культурным опытом, с проблемами, связанными с недостатком доверия между коммуникаторами. Цель настоящей статьи – исследование концепции доверия в межкультурной коммуникации как ее проблемной области, а также исследование связанных с доверием вопросов, которые способствуют более глубокому пониманию его построения. В данной статье доверие рассматривается сквозь призму социального капитала, как его фундаментальный элемент, а также посредством его связи с самораскрытием, которое играет важную роль в построении доверия. Intercultural communication is a complex process involving the interaction of people of different cultural backgrounds who have different beliefs, values and behavioral norms. Despite the advantages associated with the exchange of cultural experiences, such communication often faces problems associated with a lack of trust between communicators. The purpose of this article is to study the concept of trust in intercultural communication as its problem area, as well as to study issues related to trust that contribute to a deeper understanding of its construction. This article examines trust through the lens of social capital, as its fundamental element, and through its connection with self-disclosure, that plays an important role in building trust. The article shows that trust maintains social order and ensures long-term social connections. Disclosure plays a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships and increasing the success of communication. This paper concludes that trust promotes cooperation among group members, maintains social order, and ensures profitable long-term exchanges. Disclosure that can also be seen as a sign of trust plays a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships and increasing the success of communication, as well as helping to establish trust and reduce the negative consequences of mistrust in intercultural communication. Further research in this area could contribute to the development of methods and approaches that promote trust and reduce the negative consequences of mistrust in intercultural communication.

В современном мире вопросы межкультурного взаимодействия становятся все более актуальными и важными. Для построения эффективного диалога между представителями различных культур необходимо учитывать этические аспекты этого процесса. Данная статья посвящена исследованию этического подхода к межкультурному взаимодействию и его роли в содействии взаимопониманию и уважению между культурными группами. В ходе анализа рассматриваются основные вопросы, которые могут быть полезными при взаимодействии между представителями различных культур. Особое внимание уделяется вопросу культуры в коммуникативном аспекте и раскрытию подходов к изучению культурных процессов в контексте межкультурной коммуникации. В исследовании выявляются основные этические принципы и аспекты этического подхода к межкультурному взаимодействию, лежащие в основе коммуникации между различными этнокультурами и их влияния на формирование гармоничных отношений между культурными сообществами. Результаты исследования помогут развить более осознанный подход к взаимодействию между различными культурами и поспособствуют развитию межкультурного диалога на основе принципов взаимоуважения, понимания и сотрудничества.
In the modern world, issues of intercultural interaction are becoming increasingly relevant and important. To build an effective dialogue between representatives of different cultures, it is necessary to take into account the ethical aspects of this process. This article explores an ethical approach to intercultural interaction and its role in promoting mutual understanding and respect between cultural groups. The analysis examines key issues that may be useful in interactions between representatives of different cultures. Particular attention is paid to the issue of culture in the communicative aspect and to the disclosure of approaches to the study of cultural processes in the context of intercultural communication. The study identifies the basic ethical principles and aspects of the ethical approach to intercultural interaction that underlie communication between different ethnic cultures and their influence on the formation of harmonious relations between cultural communities. The results of the study will help develop a more conscious approach to interaction between different cultures and contribute to the development of intercultural dialogue based on the principles of mutual respect, understanding and cooperation.

Статья посвящена проблеме образования этнических меньшинств (на примере западных стран). Существуют различные образовательные подходы к решению вопросов культурного разнообразия и образования этнических меньшинств в Европе. Образовательные программы или школы для меньшинств, нацеленные на культурное и языковое разнообразие, можно найти во всех государствах-членах ЕС, но школьные правила и практика, касающиеся прав меньшинств и их применения в образовании, часто различны. На причины этих различий влияют отношения между группами меньшинства и большинства и их относительный статус. В статье говорится, что школа как институт и, в частности, учителя должны обеспечивать социальное развитие в условиях, когда традиционные ценности и культуры сталкиваются с повседневными проблемами. Проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются системы образования в XXI веке, намного глубже, чем представляется политическим элитам доминирующего большинства населения. Автором показано, что это проблемы не только иммигрантских меньшинств, а также всех групп общества. Таким образом, понимание и фактическая жизнь в условиях культурного разнообразия становятся важнейшей проблемой образования. Эффективное межкультурное образование рассматривается автором как ключевой источник устранения социального неравенства, предрассудков и дискриминации по отношению к этническим меньшинствам. Выявлено, что нерешенные проблемы меньшинств, в частности проблемы с успеваемостью и дисциплиной, конфликт семейных и школьных ценностей являются решающими проблемами, решение которых часто затрудняется организацией школьной системы, негативными стереотипами и дискриминацией, а также отсутствием участия родителей. The article is devoted to the problem of education of ethnic minorities (on the example of western countries). There are various educational approaches addressing the cultural diversity and education of ethnic minorities in Europe. Educational programs or schools for minorities aimed at cultural and linguistic diversity can be found in all EU member states, but school rules and practices regarding minority rights and their application in education are often different. The reasons for these differences are influenced by the relationship between minority and majority groups and their relative status. Article says that school as an institution and, in particular, teachers should ensure social development in an environment where traditional values and cultures encounter everyday problems. The problems that education systems face in the 21st century are much deeper than what the political elites of the overwhelming majority of the population think. The author founds that these problems are not only of immigrant minorities, but also of all groups of society. Thus, understanding and actual life in the context of cultural diversity have become a major educational problem. Effective intercultural education is considered by the author as a key source of eliminating social inequality, prejudice and discrimination towards minorities. It is revealed that the unresolved problems of minorities, in particular problems with academic performance and discipline, the conflict of family and school values are crucial problems, the solution of which is often hampered by the organization of the school system, negative stereotypes and discrimination, and the lack of parental participation.

Статья посвящена определению понятийного поля поликультурного и межкультурного образования на основе анализа зарубежных источников. Показано, что термины "поликультурное образование" и "межкультурное образование" часто используются одними исследователями как синонимы, в то время как другие указывают, что между ними существует определенная разница. Выявлено, что в Европе предпочтительным термином является "межкультурное образование", но в Соединенных Штатах, в Северной Америке, Австралии и Азии используют термин "поликультурное образование". Обнаружено, что некоторые исследователи полагают, что в сравнении с мужкультурностью поликультурность более статична, выделяя тем самым межкультурному образованию более продвинутую роль. Автором показано, что культурное разнообразие не является статическим термином или ситуацией, поскольку все отождествления и классификации меняются со временем. Сосредоточение внимания на гибридных идентификациях и пересечениях этнической принадлежности, расы, класса, пола, религии, языка и сексуальной ориентации делает поликультурное и межкультурное образование более всеобъемлющими. Обнаружено, что поликультурный и межкультурный подходы могут быть реализованы аналогично многоуровневой стратегии, со строящимися друг на друге уровнями. Благодаря этой многоуровневой системе поликультурный/межкультурный подход может быть реализован как на местном уровне, так и в государственном и глобальном масштабах. Выявлено, что поликультурализм в образовании служит основой для понимания и развития уважения к сходству и различиям в разных культурах. Межкультурализм же позволяет диверсифицированной групповой ситуации стать сообществом, основанным на взаимодействиях и обмене культурными особенностями между разнообразными группами людей. The article is devoted to the definition of the conceptual field of multicultural and intercultural education on the base of foreign research. It is shown that the terms "multicultural education" and "intercultural education" are often used by some researchers as synonyms, while others indicate that there is a difference between them. It is revealed that in Europe the preferred term is "intercultural education", but in the United States, in North America, Australia and Asia the term "multicultural education" is used. It has been found that some researchers believe that, in comparison with interculturalism, multiculturalism is more static, thus highlighting intercultural education a more advanced role. The author shows that cultural diversity is not a static term or situation, since all identifications and classifications change with time. Focusing on hybrid identities and intersections of ethnicity, race, class, gender, religion, language and sexual orientation makes multicultural and intercultural education more comprehensive. It has been found that multicultural and intercultural approaches can be implemented in a manner similar to a multilevel strategy. Thanks to this multilevel system, a multicultural/intercultural approach can be implemented both at the local level and on a national and global scale. It is revealed that multiculturalism in education serves as a basis for understanding and developing respect for similarities and differences in different cultures. Interculturalism allows a diversified group situation to become a community based on interactions and the exchange of cultural characteristics between diverse groups of people.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению трансформационного, эмпирического и социально-культурного подходов к межкультурному обучению. Данные подходы освещают различные аспекты межкультурного обучения, используя аналитические и теоретические инструменты, которые позволяют понимать межкультурное обучение в более широком смысле. Они достаточно полно описывают природу межкультурного обучения, доказывая то, что межкультурное обучение является по своей природе целостным и преобразующим учением, начинающимся уже в детском возрасте и продолжающимся в течение всей жизни. Показано, что трансформационное обучение рассматривается в основном в контексте образования взрослых и объясняет, как убеждения, отношения и эмоциональные реакции трансформируются в течение жизни, заставляя людей видеть себя, жизнь и мир по-другому. Выявлено, что эмпирическое обучение происходит также в течение жизни дома, в свободное время, на работе и является естественной частью межкультурного обучения. Показано также, что социокультурное обучение подчеркивает определенный жизненный контекст (личный, социальный, профессиональный и культурный) межкультурного обучения и ключевую роль этого контекста в том, как люди интерпретируют ситуацию и обучаются. The article is devoted to the consideration of transformational, empirical and sociocultural approaches to intercultural learning. These approaches highlight various aspects of intercultural learning, using analytical and theoretical tools that enable us to understand intercultural learning in a broader sense. They quite fully describe the nature of intercultural learning, proving that intercultural learning is by its nature an integral and transformative learning that begins already in childhood and lasts throughout life. It is shown that the transformation education is considered mainly in the context of adult education and explains how beliefs, attitudes and emotional responses are transformed throughout life, forcing people to see themselves, life and the world in a different way. It is revealed that empirical training also takes place during the life at home, at leisure, at work and is a natural part of intercultural learning. It is also shown that sociocultural learning emphasizes a certain life context (personal, social, professional and cultural) of intercultural learning and the key role of this context in the way people interpret the situation and learn.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению проблемы межкультурного образования. Содержание вопроса раскрывается путем сравнения межкультурного образования с образованием поликультурным. Показано, что поликультурное образование определяется как отношение к различным культурам или адаптация к ним, в то время как межкультурное образование определяется как взаимодействие, которое происходит между двумя или более культурами. Межкультурное образование переключает внимание на межкультурные отношения и межкультурную компетенцию. Выявлено, что межкультурное образование подразделяется на три аспекта: макро-социальный/глобальный, меццо-социальный/национальный, микро-социальный/индивидуальный. Также показано, что реализация межкультурного образования зависит от характеристик внешнего сообщества и его можно представить, как конкретную модель в зависимости от того, как оно интерпретируется и используется в различных образовательных системах. Эти модели - национальная, расово-компенсационная, гражданская и пограничная. Утверждается, что для развития эффективной межкультурной учебной программы необходимо развивать межкультурную компетентность. Предполагается, что межкультурная компетентность развивается в процессе межкультурного понимания, компетенции и коммуникации. Эффективная и целесообразная межкультурная коммуникация подразделяется на такие аспекты, как: навыки межличностного общения, групповая эффективность, культурная неопределенность и культурная эмпатия he article is devoted to the problem of intercultural education. The content of the problem is revealed by comparing intercultural education with multicultural education. It is shown that multicultural education is defined as the relation to different cultures or adaptation to them, while intercultural education is defined as the interaction that occurs between two or more cultures. Intercultural education shifts attention to intercultural relations and intercultural competence. It is revealed that intercultural education is divided into three aspects: macro-social/global, mezzo-social/national, micro-social/individual. It is also shown that the implementation of intercultural education depends on the characteristics of the external community and it can be represented as a specific model depending on how it is interpreted and used in various educational systems. These models are national, racial-compensatory, civil and borderline. It is argued that for the development of an effective intercultural curriculum it is necessary to develop intercultural competence. It is assumed that intercultural competence develops in the process of intercultural understanding, competence and communication. Effective and appropriate intercultural communication is divided into interpersonal skills, group effectiveness, cultural uncertainty and cultural empathy.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению поликультурного образования в историческом аспекте. Содержание вопроса раскрывается посредством метода исторической ретроспективы, начиная с 1960-х гг. ХХ века. В статье описывается исторический опыт поликультурного образования в США как страны-прародительницы поликультурализма. Автором приводятся различные концепции американских исследователей, относящиеся к проблематике поликультурного образования и идей поликультурализма в целом. Показано, что поликультурное образование начало развиваться во время движения за гражданские права 1960-х годов. До этого периода школы в США функционировали на основе евроцентристской модели образования. Выявлено то, что постоянное совершенствование поликультурализма привело к большей концентрации внимания на индивидуальности культуры и этнической принадлежности учащихся, а также на уважении как к общеамериканской культуре, так и к разнообразным культурам учащихся. Обосновано то, что способ интерпретации поликультурализма со временем начал меняться, расширилось его определение. Поликультурное образование стало рассматриваться с позиции пяти основных подходов: обучение различных культурных групп, человеческие отношения, единичные групповые исследования, поликультурное образование и поликультурное социально-восстановительное образование. Эти пять подходов помогли определить различные способы включения поликультурализма в учебную программу. The article is devoted to the consideration of multicultural education in the historical aspect. The content of the problem is revealed through a historical retrospective method. The article describes the historical experience of multicultural education in the United States as a country-progenitor of multiculturalism. The author presents various concepts of American researchers concerning multicultural education and the ideas of multiculturalism in general. It is shown that multicultural education began to develop during the civil rights movement of the 1960s. Prior to this period schools in the US functioned on the basis of the Eurocentric model of education. It is revealed that the continuous improvement of multiculturalism has led to a greater focus on the individual culture and ethnicity of students, as well as respect for both the general American culture and the diverse cultures of students. It is justified that the way of interpreting multiculturalism began to change over time, its definition expanded. Multicultural education began to be considered from the perspective of five main approaches: training of various cultural groups, human relations, individual group studies, multicultural education and multicultural social-reconstructional education. These five approaches helped to identify the different ways in which multiculturalism could be incorporated into the curriculum.
